Electric solidified their lead at the 49 minute mark, as M. Kotsios dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 3 - 1. A. Marconi of Football received a yellow card after 56 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. M. Tuch could have increased the lead after 76 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. The bench was restless, and with 82 minutes passed Football's coach gave E. Violi the opportunity the player had been hoping for. A. Marconi reluctantly left the field.
