Agiato's shot from the left 16 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. With 29 minutes played, A. Agiato nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. The home keeper was stunned 33 minutes into the match when he misjudged the free kick by V. Ginjaar and dived in the wrong direction. The visitors increased the lead to 0 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to RealReds, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

RealReds came close to extending their lead as Y. Gaborin delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 56 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. With 88 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed O. Salgara of RealReds to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 6. The players of RealReds now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle.
