.....juventus..... 4 - 2 Jumbolos (366298481)

A scorching day at Olimpico di Torino, where 13710 spectators were in place for today's match. Rafael Fontão was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Giorgio Macrì and Marek Wasil. .....juventus..... tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. The following players took the field: Vecmanis - Nowiński, Bosum, Pérsico - Yerel, Rotevatn, Janitzky, Linares, Cozzolino - Troncon, Stojkov.

A 2-5-3 alignment was the formation of choice for Jumbolos. Lineup: Solovtsov - Neuerburg, Shelmerdine - Kuchar, Soto Medina, Klochkov, Lindner, Schmitt - Askeri, Odgaard, Carmando.

.....juventus..... used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. Jumbolos were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. With 19 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as G. Troncon flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. K. Odgaard tied the game at 1 - 1 after 25 minutes, when he converted an incredible pass from the right. .....juventus.....'s B. Bosum was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 38 minutes. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 39 minutes allowed K. Odgaard to score for Jumbolos. The scoreboard now read 1 - 2. Halftime score was 1 - 2. Jumbolos claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

.....juventus..... players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. G. Troncon showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 55 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 2 - 2 equaliser away. Z. Margara was called on to replace Jumbolos's L. Solovtsov after 57 minutes following a nasty collision. .....juventus..... fans held their breath as G. Troncon scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 3 - 2! This third goal completed a hattrick for G. Troncon. .....juventus.....'s B. Janitzky was shown a yellow card after 67 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Jumbolos were forced into a substitution as K. Kuchar couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing U. Sonzogni to come in off the bench. 75 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as G. Troncon broke through, making the score 4 - 2 for .....juventus...... Usually a powerful player on the field, M. Soto Medina looked kind of pale and tired under the hot sun. .....juventus..... had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 79 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by G. Troncon might have resulted in another goal for .....juventus...... However, Z. Margara made a spectacular save. B. Janitzky almost put .....juventus..... ahead another goal when he curled a free kick over the defensive wall and almost into the net, but the visitors' keeper got there just in time to knock it wide. Possession in this half belonged to Jumbolos, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

Most important .....juventus..... player was G. Troncon. Y. Cozzolino on the other hand, had a terrible day. C. Carmando performed admirably for Jumbolos. However, Z. Margara made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 2.
