A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Rossoneri's M. Seljenes increasing the lead to 5 - 0. Sciò's J. Bellini was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 42 minutes. 5 - 0 was the halftime score. Rossoneri enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 72 percent of possession.

After 48 minutes, E. Dudescu put Rossoneri ahead 6 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. After this, you could see that the players of Rossoneri were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. The referee showed Sciò's C. Ranalder the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Sciò came close to narrowing the gap when R. Neica's free kick nearly made it past the outstretched hands of P.
