A. Krūmiņš had a fantastic opportunity to put Selonia up another goal 57 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Cheers filled the stadium as R. Jēkabsons broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 0 to Selonia. J. Náhlík of Dinamo was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Selonia's N. Kreskas saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 69 minutes. A. Krūmiņš's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. The crowd roared its approval when W. Białczak somehow managed to block a shot which seemed to be a certain goal by Dinamo's J. Náhlík 82 minutes into the game. Selonia had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.
