K.E.F. 0 - 3 Rastafari (366408893)

Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and All Stars Arena saw a crowd turnout of 17627. Kristiaan Gersmann was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Paul Hoffmann and Duane Manku. K.E.F. started off with a 4-4-2 lineup. Starters: Trumms - Dankin, Carboni, 豪龙 (Haolong) , Krauklis - Reiters, Cirvilis, Lima, Cinis - Silinieks, Glaudiņš.

Rastafari had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. They fielded: Schöttel - Drēska, Mendoza, Stupnikov, Mirchev - Śniadecki, Dryžys, Gavrilescu, Lazdiņš - Dalpas, Uçkaç.

It was an obvious ambition of Rastafari to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. After 26 minutes, Rastafari put themselves up 0 - 1, as H. Mirchev finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. Some fine movement on the left led to a Rastafari goal after 31 minutes, making it 0 - 2. S. Drēska was noted down as the scorer. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Rastafari lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. It was obvious that Rastafari had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. After 36 minutes of game time, P. Stupnikov had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but M. Trumms was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. Just a few inches to the right, and the visitors could have had a goal 38 minutes into the match. A. Gavrilescu surely wishes he could do that free kick over again. After 39 minutes, Rastafari's F. Dalpas swiftly ran past 林. 豪龙 (Haolong) and nutmegged the keeper! 0 - 3. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Rastafari claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 58 percent.

Rastafari had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave H. Mirchev from Rastafari a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 72 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Rastafari were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. M. Trumms got a fingertip on I. Mendoza's shot from the left 78 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Possession in this half belonged to Rastafari, who controlled the ball 58 percent of the time.

K.E.F.'s top performer was clearly A. Silinieks. However, E. Reiters made a disastrous appearance. Rastafari's best player was A. Gavrilescu. S. Drēska on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 3.
