Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and All Stars Arena saw a crowd turnout of 17627. It was an obvious ambition of Rastafari to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. After 26 minutes, Rastafari put themselves up 0 - 1, as H. Mirchev finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. Some fine movement on the left led to a Rastafari goal after 31 minutes, making it 0 - 2. S. Drēska was noted down as the scorer. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Rastafari lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. It was obvious that Rastafari had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. After 36 minutes of game time, P. Stupnikov had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but M. Trumms was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. Just a few inches to the right, and the visitors could have had a goal 38 minutes into the match. A. Gavrilescu surely wishes he could do that free kick over again. After 39 minutes, Rastafari's F. Dalpas swiftly ran past 林. 豪龙 (Haolong) and nutmegged the keeper! 0 - 3. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Rastafari had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave H.
