Things were deteriorating for the away team as Verzool scored another to make it 2 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for G. Pietrucci after 62 minutes. After 64 minutes, Verzool were awarded a free kick. Rather than shooting straight at goal, the taker went for an indirect variant which seemed to take his team mates a bit by surprise. M. Briganti did attempt a finish, but from an awkward position, sending the ball into the away fans. After 69 minutes Verzool's M. Lucioni limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. M. Briganti squirmed through their central defence after 75 minutes, increasing the lead to 3 - 0. After 76 minutes, G. Corigliano put Verzool ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Verzool enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 73 percent of possession.

G. Leuchi performed admirably for Verzool. However, W. Micale made a disastrous appearance. deo's best player was M. Pigozzi. S. Bruni on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 0.
