previous 5/9 next 7/9  Football 6 - 0 football (366578515)

The 7366 fans in attendance at Museum Arena were roasting in the hot sun. Heinrich-Wilhelm Hafki was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Joshua Sommers and Márton Benedek. Football tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Lineup: Uyco - Tardini, Tremone, Crusco - Călugăr, Shefer, Lend, Koenders, Darfeuille - Durand, Cressent.

football had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. The following players took the field: Criveller - Franciosi, Bagarin, Papapietro, Fagà - Zeilner, Bacherotti, Ruberto, Gabbiadini - Laurenza, Benetazzo.

Football decided to play creatively. football's F. Gabbiadini was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 16 minutes. The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 after 17 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from T. Tremone, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why Y. Darfeuille found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork. football's right side looked dangerous 25 minutes in, but A. Uyco made a good save on D. Bagarin's hard shot to the top corner. After 26 minutes football's C. Franciosi limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. A free kick just outside of the visitors' penalty area after 28 minutes could have resulted in another goal, but S. Criveller got a hand out and tipped the ball over the bar. Football solidified their lead at the 30 minute mark, as A. Durand dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. As the match clock hit 40 minutes, Football regrouped to try and keep their initiative in the game. A. Călugăr high-fived Y. Darfeuille as they swapped positions on the team. After 40 minutes, the Football players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. It was 2 - 0 at the break. Football had most of the ball, with 63 percent of possession.

Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Football's A. Călugăr somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for A. Durand, who struck for 3 - 0. After this, you could see that the players of Football were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. The Football players could smell victory in the air. A. Durand wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for L. Sanluis after 65 minutes. N. Shefer left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 65 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. J. Kubić was the replacement. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, Y. Darfeuille took over the role of being the Football captain. After 68 minutes, A. Călugăr put Football ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Football coach let N. Klærke replace Y. Darfeuille after 70 minutes. The Football captaincy was handed to M. Crusco. After 72 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and N. Cressent gave the Football supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 5 - 0. C. Papapietro behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 74 minutes as he gave the ball away to N. Cressent. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. Coming in on the left, E. Bacherotti did everything right to get a goal for football after 76 minutes, but his finishing shot was stabbed clear by the keeper. With 77 minutes played, Football put themselves up 6 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to M. Crusco, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Football enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.

N. Cressent performed admirably for Football. H. Lend turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating football player was without a doubt F. Gabbiadini. S. Criveller on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 6 - 0.
