Bataljon46 took the lead 5 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as A. Custo elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. T. Jurjevič spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Bataljon46 to 2 - 0 as L. Nežmah finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. By now, the players in Bataljon46 felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. As M. Pevec had, completely unprovoked, swept the legs out from under an opponent in front of a linesman, the referee gave the Bled player a red card without batting an eyelid. J. Degreve of Bataljon46 had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. F. Kaya came in to finish the match. The Bataljon46 captaincy was handed to A. Prosen. L. Essbaumer could have put Bataljon46 up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 39 minutes. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Bataljon46, who controlled the ball 65 percent of the time.

L. Grenson still has a lot to learn. For instance, he should know not to make half-hearted passes in front of E. Kantner, who easily scored for Bled, making it 2 - 1. Bled's J. Djuranovič was shown a yellow card after 59 minutes for slicing down an opponent. L. Essbaumer could have increased the lead after 71 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Bataljon46 had most of the ball, with 65 percent of possession.

A. Custo performed admirably for Bataljon46. D. Vrankar was a disappointment, however. Most important Bled player was M. Mandić. D. Lovec turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
