Andries, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. 30 minutes into the match, Atl. replied and reduced the lead to 2 - 1. S. Ehrenberger scored on a marvellous cross pass coming in from the left. It was 2 - 1 at the break. CEPEDA claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

Atl. managed, after 59 minutes, to even the score at 2 - 2 with a lucky free kick by S. Ehrenberger. Somehow the ball squirmed its way through the defensive wall! X. Nart gave CEPEDA the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 3 - 2 Things were deteriorating for the away team as CEPEDA scored another to make it 4 - 2 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for X. Nart after 67 minutes. 75 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as L. Andries broke through, making the score 5 - 2 for CEPEDA. After this, you could see that the players of CEPEDA were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. CEPEDA had to make a substitution after 77 minutes. T. Coelho Jesus limped off the field and was replaced by G. Marazza. CEPEDA's A. Steenman saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 83 minutes. Possession in this half belonged to CEPEDA, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

X. Nart performed admirably for CEPEDA. G. Marazza was a disappointment, however. Atl.'s top performer was clearly T. Puigdevànol. A. Erdağ on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 2.
