L´obriLull 4 - 1 Sanfeta (367353072)

It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 60834 that came out to El Nou Algirós. Pietro Pagano was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Jaak Dauwe and Aleksandar Trifunac. Right from the start it was obvious that L´obriLull were expecting an easy victory. Sanfeta clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. Many thought J. Cervela ought to have been awarded a penalty 19 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around S. Castroderei after a determined run through the middle. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, J. Elizagaray got himself booked. The manager of Sanfeta was not happy. A well placed corner kick from J. Cervela was followed by S. Novás's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for L´obriLull, the score now 1 - 0. Coming through the middle C. Llorens almost scored the equaliser for Sanfeta after 34 minutes, but M. Señora made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. Cheers filled the stadium as J. Cervela broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to L´obriLull. It was 2 - 0 at the break. L´obriLull claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

L´obriLull managed to extend their lead to 3 - 0 when M. Jiménez cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The coach of L´obriLull was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 65 minutes, M. Zabala came on for M. Jiménez. The L´obriLull players could smell victory in the air. B. Terenzano wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for A. Soler after 70 minutes. Content with how the game was proceeding, the L´obriLull coach let A. Soler replace F. Vivo after 75 minutes. A. Soler was handed the L´obriLull captain's armband. Sanfeta's M. Linskär was able to reply, after 78 minutes, making the score 3 - 1 with a well struck penalty. L´obriLull put themselves up 4 - 1 when S. Novás broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by L´obriLull, with 53 percent of the ball.

L´obriLull's best player was A. Soler. On the other hand, A. Soler's play was disheartening. The most dominating Sanfeta player was without a doubt S. Aceña. C. Llorens on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
