It had rained all day, but 25934 hardy fans still made it out to Helmantico Arena. Einar Svensson was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Patrick Leroy and Umberto De Milato. Quadra-Salcedo dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Helmantica lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 罗. 海康 (Haikang) of Enanines was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Helmantica's M. Escaleira increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 15 minutes. Helmantica's M. Pirttioja swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Halftime score was 3 - 0. Helmantica enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 93 percent of possession.

After 49 minutes, Helmantica sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached E. Laguna, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 4 - 0. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Helmantica's E. Laguna increasing the lead to 5 - 0. 58 minutes into the match H. Canteros put Helmantica ahead 6 - 0 with a truly marvelous free kick. Helmantica increased the lead as E. Laguna struck to make the score 7 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. By then E. Laguna had scored three goals - a hat trick! A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Helmantica to 8 - 0 as L. Yera finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Possession in this half belonged to Helmantica, who controlled the ball 94 percent of the time.

B. Solé performed admirably for Helmantica. P. Caldas was a disappointment, however. Most important Enanines player was B. Navarra. S. Azcarate on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 8 - 0.
