In an effort to secure the lead, Pep`s changed their tactic after 46 minutes. Pep`s managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when B. Franče cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. P. Petersdorff finished off the counterattack of Pep`s from the left rather easily, making the score 5 - 0. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Pep`s lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented.
