Scrimieri showed his experience, anticipating the outcome of the opponent's defensive clearance and positioning himself perfectly to volley in an unstoppable shot from the edge of the box. 1 - 1. Some great play up the middle by coperos led to a chance for L. Gorrite to score after 24 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. TEAM's R. Velicia got himself booked for a foul. H. Klaus was called on to replace coperos's L. Gorrite after 39 minutes following a nasty collision. 1 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to coperos, who controlled the ball 71 percent of the time.

51 minutes into the game, TEAM wanted to bring some new energy to their game. P. van der Reis gave J. Lauda a quick hug as he left the field. coperos took the lead 51 minutes into the game by 2 - 1, as M. Pintér elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. After 59 minutes, coperos's F. Zemskikh could have brought this one home for coperos as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. A well-executed free kick by À. Bennassar after 79 minutes made it 3 - 1 for coperos. 87 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as H. Klaus broke through, making the score 4 - 1 for coperos. coperos enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.

The most dominating coperos player was without a doubt F. Kokott. M. Šoštarec turned in a dismal performance, however. N. Durbacã performed admirably for TEAM. On the other hand, S. Aggelakopoulos's play was disheartening. The match ends 4 - 1.
