(367784888)

28-04-2012 14.15
A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 3260 to
Bababuy Stadium.
Walenty Skomorowski was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Vincent Seyb and
Károly Birkmayer.
All of
Andalucía was shut down for the day, as fans of both clubs came to the derby.
Bababuy started off with a 4-4-2 lineup.
Lineup: Domine - Echebarría, Rivero López, Trencavel, Maluquer - Sánchez, Solís, Villena, Riascos - Orge, Montes de Oca.
A 3-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Jedula.
The following players had been chosen: Katona - de Moxó, Castañer, Cistue - Coloma, Forner, Armero, Ruiz de Castilla - Valdés, Joaquim.
Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 2 minutes into the match, and
E. Joaquim wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors.
After 4 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Jedula found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
poor.
G. Orge's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence.
J. Forner received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 23 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Jedula fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early.
J. Echebarría missed a penalty after 24 minutes, seemingly unable to stay focused for the shot.
After 27 minutes Bababuy's
G. Sánchez contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game.
30 minutes in, Jedula appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only
poor.
After 38 minutes, Jedula's
V. Ruiz de Castilla burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 3.
After this, you could see that the players of Jedula were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.
The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 3.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Jedula, with 53 percent of the ball.
The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Jedula had
passable organisation.
The visitors'
J. Coloma took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 60 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Jedula.
Jedula's
P. Valdés got himself booked for a foul.
Bababuy were forced into a substitution as
A. Rivero López couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing
A. Traiki to come in off the bench.
69 minutes into the game, Jedula seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
poor level of organisation.
Jedula had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.
Bababuy's top performer was clearly
J. Echebarría.
On the other hand,
H. Villena's play was disheartening.
E. Joaquim performed admirably for Jedula.
J. Katona was a disappointment, however.
The match ends 0 - 4.
