Dark skies made the crowd of 33776 at Kyborg Stadium a little nervous, but the rain held off. Mike Rufener was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Mauro Galhardo and Tomas Gädicke. Kyborneticos decided to play creatively. It was an obvious ambition of White to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. After 27 minutes, Kyborneticos sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached I. Mazza, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 1 - 0. W. Gotvassli received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 30 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Kyborneticos's D. Bryant increasing the lead to 2 - 0. D. Bryant was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Kyborneticos's I. Mazza managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 3 - 0 Cheers filled the stadium as I. Mazza broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 0 to Kyborneticos. This third goal completed a hattrick for I. Mazza. Confident in their lead, Kyborneticos's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. 44 minutes into the game, White seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a weak level of organisation. 44 minutes in, White appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. 4 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Kyborneticos, with 73 percent of the ball.

The White players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a passable organisation when the game started again. The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed White's coach gave K. Ervik the opportunity the player had been hoping for. V. Danielsen reluctantly left the field. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Kyborneticos scored another to make it 5 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for J. Borgoño after 53 minutes. A spectacular volley from J. Kaliada almost resulted in a goal, but a good save from the keeper kept it out, and J. Borgoño could only knock the loose ball wide. Kyborneticos put themselves up 6 - 0 when I. Mazza broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Kyborneticos solidified their lead at the 80 minute mark, as P. Tofan dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 7 - 0. After 81 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as White found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to weak. Kyborneticos managed to extend their lead to 8 - 0 when P. Tofan cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. Kyborneticos's R. Davis increased the lead to 9 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 82 minutes. 83 minutes in, Kyborneticos's R. Davis received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. I. Homme was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so White's F. Grøstad had to come off the bench. D. Magalhães was handed the White captain's armband. Kyborneticos had most of the ball, with 72 percent of possession.

Kyborneticos's best player was J. Kaliada. S. Loe was a disappointment, however. Most important White player was F. Grøstad. S. Fjelbrant on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 9 - 0.
