Arachnoidea had a fair chance to reply after 55 minutes due to some fine moves down the left, but in the end O. Sermet was slow to keep up with the play and was unable to make it into the penalty box to apply a finish. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Rünenberg scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for E. Freymond after 61 minutes. Rünenberg increased the lead as M. Wehrda struck to make the score 4 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Possession in this half belonged to Rünenberg, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.
