A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 30463 to
MR2 Arena.
Adikara Balaji was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Zaccaria Todeschini and
Bill Leit.
MR2 started off with a 3-5-2 lineup.
The following players had been chosen: Della Bianca - Leclerc, Schwaighofer, Le Maux - Destrez, Mederer, Bosiger, Samieske, Jan - Haas, Gress.
number8 had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation.
Lineup: da Silva - Lazăr, Tarbă, Mühlhölzer - Svenningsen, Gnazo, Sârbu, Hinterholzer - Spithoven, Momediano, 鑫鵬 (Xinpeng).
MR2 immediately set off using their skill at pressing their opponents.
MR2's
P. Destrez tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders.
Many thought
D. Mederer ought to have been awarded a penalty 12 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around
L. da Silva after a determined run through the middle.
After a fine move down the middle
W. Haas nearly gave the home side a goal after 17 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide.
number8 took the lead after
H. Hinterholzer curved a free kick into the net. 0 - 1
With the crowd on their feet chanting wildly, some great moves down the right hand side after 23 minutes gave MR2 a wonderful opportunity to level the score, and

MR2's ability to press all over the field frequently paid dividends.
H. Hinterholzer wasn't much help defensively. His energy-consuming forward runs proved quite costly in the oppressive heat.

M. Salmikari the opportunity the player had been hoping for.
杜. 鑫鵬 (Xinpeng) reluctantly left the field.

MR2's best player was
W. Samieske.
C. Della Bianca turned in a dismal performance, however.
M. Spithoven performed admirably for number8.
On the other hand,
L. Mühlhölzer's play was disheartening.
The match ends 3 - 1.
