22630 fans braved the pouring rain at D.C.A. Colosseo. Noël Ekster was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Erik Frøshaug and Gert Loozen. For their match strategy, A.C.G had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible. C. Buller had a hard time on the waterlogged pitch - his trademark technique was nowhere in sight today. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, A. Pérez Peña scored for A.C.G putting them ahead 1 - 0, after 4 minutes. The referee showed Compañeros's F. Jerg the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Things were deteriorating for the away team as A.C.G scored another to make it 2 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for D. Ćirić after 13 minutes. A.C.G increased the lead as E. Vitt struck to make the score 3 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. 22 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as E. Vitt broke through, making the score 4 - 0 for A.C.G. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of A.C.G to 5 - 0 as A. Pérez Peña finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. At this point, it was obvious that the players of A.C.G lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Halftime score was 5 - 0. Compañeros had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.

U. Schiewe was having a great game - if anything the pouring rain seemed to be spurring him on! A. Pérez Peña knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 6 - 0 after 69 minutes. This third goal completed a hattrick for A. Pérez Peña. After 76 minutes, A. Pérez Peña put A.C.G ahead 7 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. A.C.G's J. Ghirin was shown a yellow card after 80 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Compañeros enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

Most important A.C.G player was J. Ghirin. E. Vitt was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Compañeros player was without a doubt U. Schiewe. On the other hand, S. Ribet's play was disheartening. The match ends 7 - 0.
