Lekse, making a fantastic play that nearly had bozo take the lead after 12 minutes, but G. Hugi preserved the tie. After 14 minutes, bozo's B. Lekse made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. After 18 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by bozo was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. After 19 minutes of play, S. Nef equalised for casses after an elegant attack from the right. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 27 minutes allowed A. Barbany to score for bozo. The scoreboard now read 1 - 2. 1 - 2 was the score after the first half. bozo had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Attacking on the wings was the choice for casses, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. After a fatal mistake from the away team's right side defence 50 minutes into the match, an alert N. Fournier bagged the ball for casses, levelling the score to 2 - 2. casses took the lead 61 minutes in, as J. Redenšek broke through on the left and put the 3 - 2 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. casses's K. Kärjä got himself booked for a foul. De iudicubus. bozo's H. Bosman soared above the crowd, but couldn't knock the corner home 70 minutes into the match. The visitors kept the pressure on to tie the game when, after 77 minutes, M. Notkonen broke through the centre and found himself alone with the keeper. G. Hugi made a great block, though. After 82 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and T. Gehlert gave the casses supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 2. Confident in their lead, casses's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Possession in this half belonged to bozo, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.
