Dark skies made the crowd of 23375 at JKM Arena a little nervous, but the rain held off. Sytse-Jan Keulen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Claudio Alcides Fiori and Gordon Hermans. JUDOMENUCOURT had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. JUDOMENUCOURT mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. They were singing the praises of B. Collaro 15 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 1 - 0 to JUDOMENUCOURT. The home team will be cursing I. Lamine for weeks; he finished off a great pass from the left, knocking it past the keeper without a problem. The match was level at 1 - 1 after 23 minutes. With 25 minutes played, the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending. S. Poch put the ball away for 1 - 2. JUDOMENUCOURT's M. Rosenberg got himself booked for a foul. C. Datin's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Jazeneuil, he bravely continued in the match. An accurate cross from F. Lehoux of JUDOMENUCOURT was met with a wonderful glancing header from B. Collaro, hitting the inside base of the post before nestling into the back of the net for 2 - 2. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 44 minutes into the match, and C. Datin wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 2 - 3 for the visitors. 2 - 3 was the score after the first half. Jazeneuil enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

With 59 minutes played, after a good run down the left, T. Vooremaa went down looking for a penalty after a challenge from the visitors' right fullback, but the referee waved play on, and later warned him for diving. The visitors added to their lead 69 minutes into the game, after a sensational penalty kick by Jazeneuil's H. Lencsés slid just past the home keeper. 2 - 4. M. Rosenberg knew he was in trouble after hacking down an opponent. Despite his pleading with the referee, the JUDOMENUCOURT player was shown a second yellow card and dismissed from the game. Jazeneuil had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.

JUDOMENUCOURT's best player was T. Vooremaa. J. Martin on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Jazeneuil player was H. Lencsés. V. Andreşan was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 4.
