Majide were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. Majide had a magnificent opportunity after 28 minutes as P. Pontremoli hit the ball hard from the edge of the penalty box. However, the shot went wide. Many thought A. Neubert ought to have been awarded a penalty 34 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around S. Renicker after a determined run through the middle. Wiggle took the lead 39 minutes in, as T. Anzai broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. 1 - 0 was the score after the first half. Wiggle enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 61 percent of possession.

With 50 minutes played, Wiggle's N. Okimasa almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Wiggle to 2 - 0 as A. Neubert finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 70 minutes into the game, S. Renicker had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came K. Tagawa. After 85 minutes, Majide sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached J. Mesa, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 2 - 1. K. Taku of Majide was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Cheers filled the stadium as Y. Kurogane broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 1 to Wiggle. Confident in their lead, Wiggle's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Possession in this half belonged to Wiggle, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

Y. Kurogane performed admirably for Wiggle. T. Hiratasuka turned in a dismal performance, however. Majide's best player was 斉. 山口 (Yamaguchi). K. Tagawa was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 1.
