Thonon had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but Z. Maksim was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. The boggy pitch disrupted the game, especially for technical players like A. Alzina. Given a free kick close to the byline, Polanka tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let A. Thonon slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 2, 31 minutes into the game. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Polanka claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 59 percent.

A defender managed to keep the ball from crossing the goal-line after a curling shot coming in from the right from G. Urantówka after 58 minutes, and prevented Polanka from going up another goal. M. Mięsok spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch. Against a lesser team, Polanka could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 71 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. With 72 minutes played, P. Preysing nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. After 73 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave D. Névès a chance to increase the lead for Polanka, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 3. Confident in their lead, Polanka's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The coach of Polanka was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 82 minutes, E. Brieger came on for A. Thonon. Polanka enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 62 percent of possession.

L. Asselineau performed admirably for Rabaki. However, N. Carassa made a disastrous appearance. Polanka's top performer was clearly D. Névès. W. Wiechowski turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 3.
