Correia needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. The celebrations in the stands could only mean one thing - M. Dogadailo's free kick had found the back of the net and put by_HOY_ ahead 1 - 0! 41 minutes in, by_HOY_'s A. Correia received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, M. Richtr got himself booked. The manager of Kalyta was not happy. A spectacular volley from A. Puppenbrücke almost resulted in a goal, but a good save from the keeper kept it out, and M. Pimentel could only knock the loose ball wide. After 44 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after R. Haloda made it through the middle and struck home to make it 1 - 1. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave V. Shuranov from Kalyta a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 44 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Possession in this half belonged to Kalyta, who controlled the ball 58 percent of the time.

A counterattack by by_HOY_ after 48 minutes could have resulted in a goal, but D. Toresan, coming in on the left, couldn't get the shot off. A foul after 56 minutes resulted in a free kick. M. Dogadailo cannonballed it, giving the home team the lead 2 - 1. After 59 minutes, the visitors tied it up at 2 - 2 when a fantastic pass from the left was finished off by D. Fassold. J. Ríos delivered a good free kick from an excellent position 73 minutes into the game, but luck wasn't on Kalyta's side this time and the ball went wide. 74 minutes into the game, Kalyta seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a passable level of organisation. Kalyta claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

Most important by_HOY_ player was D. Toresan. M. Durepa on the other hand, had a terrible day. Kalyta's best player was M. Richtr. B. Tavares was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 2.
