Clouds darkened the skies at SHP Stadion as 12000 spectators turned up for the match. Carl Henrik Metin was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Per Rikardsson and Guerric Lievin. After the game, the most discussed event will probably be the penalty given after 38 minutes that gave the visitors the 0 - 1 lead. Despite the controversy, J. Olsson struck home the penalty, as cool as anything. The visitors almost increased their lead after 39 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar. 40 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as S. Grenblad finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. 42 minutes into the match, N. Persson came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave F. Cederblom from FiskarFiskar a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 43 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! J. Eriksson got left behind when FiskarFiskar's T. Högling made a sudden run forward after 43 minutes, finishing off with a neat strike. 0 - 3! FiskarFiskar increased their lead after 44 minutes when N. Persson broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. 0 - 4 was the score after the first half. FiskarFiskar claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 70 percent.

V. Adolfsson of FiskarFiskar took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 47 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 5. K. Karlsson of Atlas received a yellow card after 61 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Atlas's P. Karlsson had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 69 minutes having been played. N. Morojele was the replacement. Given a free kick in a difficult position after 71 minutes, FiskarFiskar tried a variation that they had practised in training. The kick was sent into the area just in front of the keeper. However, the defence were on their toes and allowed no space for a finish. After 72 minutes, the defensive line of Atlas created a counterattack through the middle that gave F. Zetterquist a good look at the goal, but his shot glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. Some fine movement on the left led to a FiskarFiskar goal after 73 minutes, making it 0 - 6. T. Sidenlund was noted down as the scorer. The players of FiskarFiskar now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Atlas's F. Zetterquist was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 74 minutes. 80 minutes in, Atlas's H. Henriksson received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. With 81 minutes played, FiskarFiskar put themselves up 0 - 7 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was T. Sidenlund. FiskarFiskar increased the lead to 0 - 8 as J. Olsson scored from the penalty spot, putting the ball in near the top left corner. FiskarFiskar had most of the ball, with 70 percent of possession.

Most important Atlas player was K. Klangerberg. E. Åhen was a disappointment, however. FiskarFiskar's top performer was clearly F. Šparović. However, K. Seidelberg made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 8.
