Breitschmid and dived in the wrong direction. The visitors increased the lead to 0 - 2. At this point, it was obvious that the players of 2210 lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. An indecisive keeper looked on as a free kick by 2210's R. Breitschmid put the visitors up 0 - 3 after 38 minutes. The home side worked their way through the middle and almost got one back when E. Zaguła tried to sneak the ball past the keeper. A. van Nassau was too alert for that! Halftime score was 0 - 3. 62 minutes into the match Eagles's E. Kaptan head butted an opponent nastily, and so the referee sent him off immediately. A. van Nassau of 2210 had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. P. Pérez Rubio came in to finish the match. C. Doğukan was handed the 2210 captain's armband. 67 minutes into the match, S. Dede came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. Clever play that showed his experience gave R. Sem-Jacobsen a good chance to score, but the shot hit the crossbar. O. Most important Eagles player was Z. Urba. R. Zillissen was a disappointment, however. 2210's best player was F. Ferraz. On the other hand, P. Pérez Rubio's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 5.
