Swan almost scored the equaliser for Ratoath after 35 minutes, but B. Musielak made an excellent save, tipping the awkwardly curled shot past the post. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. AnkhMorpork enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

J. Dekeyster, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass. AnkhMorpork's P. Turina had an excellent opportunity after 58 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! 65 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as T. Lokianskas broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for AnkhMorpork. The visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 77 minutes, due to a defensive blunder leaving W. O'Kelly completely unmarked. His strike was pathetic though, easy prey for the home side's keeper. AnkhMorpork had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

AnkhMorpork's top performer was clearly S. Clarke. On the other hand, I. Immonen's play was disheartening. Most important Ratoath player was S. Swan. However, R. Rãgãlie made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 0.
