Rather than shooting straight at goal, the taker went for an indirect variant which seemed to take his team mates a bit by surprise. H. Shagran did attempt a finish, but from an awkward position, sending the ball into the away fans. UNITED's M. Střižík was shown a yellow card after 23 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 0 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Exorcism, with 55 percent of the ball.

UNITED's E. Ostermann almost tied things up with 54 minutes played after breaking through on the right, but his shot deflected off the post. UNITED were able to mount several counterattacks, such as the impressive one after 68 minutes, but C. Trandafir lofted a free kick over the crossbar. With 77 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed J. Ishizawa of Exorcism to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. The UNITED players listened closely to their manager, as he gave new tactical instructions for the team. After 78 minutes, UNITED used a short break in the game to take new instructions from their coach. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Exorcism coach let A. Ibn-Anwar replace B. Karaklajić after 78 minutes. J. Ishizawa became the new Exorcism captain. UNITED's fans were urging them forward as they tried to get back into the game, and their vocal support was rewarded 79 minutes into the match as M. Mahsun ran onto a beautiful ball played through the visitors' defence and slotted it past the keeper to reduce the deficit. 1 - 2. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, UNITED's M. Mahsun was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 80 minutes. A. Nasralla was given a chance to change things around. The UNITED captaincy was handed to M. Torén. Exorcism's J. Ishizawa left the field after 80 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was G. Willomitzer. A. Ibn-Anwar was the new captain of Exorcism - handed the armband by the departing player. After 82 minutes of game time, G. Margheriti had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but D. Kopanyicza was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. 83 minutes in, UNITED appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only poor. This part of the game was a standoff between the teams in terms of possession.

E. Ostermann performed admirably for UNITED. M. Torén was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Exorcism player was without a doubt Y. Njoom. G. Willomitzer on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 1 - 2.
