United increased their lead after 66 minutes when B. Overwijk broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. At this point, it was obvious that the players of United lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 67 minutes into the game, United worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Some fine movement on the left led to a United goal after 74 minutes, making it 0 - 5. R. Sánchez was noted down as the scorer. 77 minutes into the match swift's C. Girard head butted an opponent nastily, and so the referee sent him off immediately. United increased the lead to 0 - 6 as B. Trompetto scored from the penalty spot, putting the ball in near the top left corner. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave P.
