It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 36483 that came out to Caldera del diablo. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive! 10 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Unico to take the lead after a good cross from the right found E. Hayme alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. After 11 minutes, E. Hayme came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Unico the lead. E. Hayme could have put Unico up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 16 minutes. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Unico, with 75 percent of the ball.

Unico's H. Rodriguez swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. It wasn't a good day at all for C. Botarell. His powerful style of play just didn't fit the bill on this warm day. Unico managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when S. Abregu cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. INFIERNO's C. Botinelli had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 59 minutes having been played. J. Molleda was the replacement. Cheers filled the stadium as H. Rodriguez broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to Unico. Unico increased the lead as H. Rodriguez struck to make the score 4 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Unico put themselves up 5 - 0 when A. Prado broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Unico lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Unico claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 78 percent.

Most important Unico player was O. Battistella. However, I. Torres Barona made a disastrous appearance. INFIERNO's top performer was clearly I. Amuchástegui. C. Botarell on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 0.
