(375327154)

22-04-2012 22.30
The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 9000 had shown up at
Estadio Ambidiestros F.C for the match.
Josef Zotter was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Kıraç Sağar and
Conny Silfwersjö.
People from all over
Provincia de Buenos Aires had joined up for the derby.
Ambidiestros had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation.
The following players had been chosen: Alfaro - Macias, Zini, Baldi, Ludueña - Zadunayskiy, Bracamonte, Carmona, Maldonado - Anconetani, Borchi.
Olimpo tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
Starters: Schuster - Nieva, Bazán, Moll, Pisani - Bagnato, Rognoni, Elechosa, Barcroft - Ciafardini, Gruñon.
Ambidiestros mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle.
The head of
J. Carmona connected with a corner kick after 3 minutes, and the ball ended up with
G. Ludueña of Ambidiestros who blasted the ball into the net, making the score 1 - 0.
5 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
J. Carmona broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Ambidiestros.
Things were deteriorating for the away team as Ambidiestros scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for
J. Carmona after 8 minutes.
Ambidiestros increased the lead as
J. Carmona struck to make the score 4 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for
J. Carmona.
Ambidiestros's
A. Maldonado increased the lead to 5 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 33 minutes.
At this point, it was obvious that the players of Ambidiestros lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented.
S. Anconetani could have put Ambidiestros up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 39 minutes.
5 - 0 was the halftime score.
Ambidiestros had most of the ball, with 72 percent of possession.
G. Ludueña should probably have put his team up another goal after 54 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by
J. Schuster kept the visitors in the game.
E. Zadunayskiy increased the lead for Ambidiestros to 6 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it!
Cheers filled the stadium as
J. Baldi broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 7 - 0 to Ambidiestros.
A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Ambidiestros's
E. Zadunayskiy increasing the lead to 8 - 0.
Ambidiestros enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 78 percent of possession.
G. Borchi performed admirably for Ambidiestros.
R. Alfaro on the other hand, had a terrible day.
Olimpo's top performer was clearly
L. Ciafardini.
S. Nieva turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 8 - 0.
