The 3353 fans in attendance at
El Acorazado were roasting in the hot sun.

Astillero started off with a 3-4-3 lineup.
The following players had been chosen: Galarce - Herquiñigo, Jadue, Fierro - Montero Peña, Acle, Peric, Aguirrebeña - Sojo, Gana, Coronado.
Tierra2 decided to use a 3-4-2 set up.
Lineup: Marambio - Werle, Panza, Sánchez - Medina, Macchiavello, Echague, Chiguailaf - Cavareda, Montero.
Going for long shots seemed to be the strategy in use by Astillero.
After 16 minutes, Astillero's
R. Aguirrebeña swiftly ran past
C. Werle and nutmegged the keeper! 1 - 0.
18 minutes into the game, Tierra2 seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to
weak.
With 24 minutes played, Astillero's
M. Acle almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net.
28 minutes into the game,
M. Herquiñigo had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came
F. Talavera.
After 41 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Tierra2 found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
weak.
W. Coronado unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide.
There was concern in the stands when, at the 43 minute mark, Astillero's
R. Aguirrebeña hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch.
44 minutes into the game, Tierra2 seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
wretched level of organisation.

W. Coronado broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Astillero.

2 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Astillero enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.
The Tierra2 players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a
inadequate organisation when the game started again.
Tierra2's
M. Medina was shown a yellow card after 48 minutes for slicing down an opponent.
54 minutes in, Tierra2 appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only
weak.
Tierra2 managed to reduce the score to 2 - 1 as
M. Medina finished off a well-played combination from the left, easily carving through the defence.
After 64 minutes Tierra2's
P. Sánchez contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game.
Astillero focused on finding shooting opportunities from distance and after 73 minutes
M. Jadue fired off the big cannon, but the shot went sailing over the cross bar and into the car park.
Astillero put themselves up 3 - 1 when
M. Fierro broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake.
Possession in this half belonged to Astillero, who controlled the ball 66 percent of the time.
Astillero's best player was
C. Sojo.
L. Galarce turned in a dismal performance, however.
M. Montero performed admirably for Tierra2.
On the other hand,
B. Panza's play was disheartening.
The match ends 3 - 1.
