Due to an all-day shower, 30141 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Paul Mccartney. The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but P. Dossetti showed great heart and had a good game. Cheers filled the stadium as M. Méndez broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to Stewie. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Stewie scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for N. Dall Urso after 41 minutes. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, F. De Los Santos got himself booked. The manager of Stewie was not happy. 43 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as M. Caprario broke through, making the score 4 - 0 for Stewie. The referee showed Metales's T. Maidana the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Stewie to 5 - 0 as T. Costemalle finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 5 - 0 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Stewie, with 77 percent of the ball.

It was a bad day for the usually speedy M. Méndez. The mud seemed to slow him down. N. Dall Urso increased the lead for Stewie to 6 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! After this, you could see that the players of Stewie were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Metales's R. Lima had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 64 minutes having been played. F. Baldenegro was the replacement. With 65 minutes played, Stewie put themselves up 7 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to T. Costemalle, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. The cannonball from 35 metres by M. Méndez of Stewie was an impressive sight, but didn't make it into the net. Stewie solidified their lead at the 68 minute mark, as N. Dall Urso dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 8 - 0. At that, N. Dall Urso was noted down for a hat trick! After 72 minutes, P. Moreno put Stewie ahead 9 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Stewie claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 78 percent.

The most dominating Stewie player was without a doubt J. Vilalva. However, G. Mendez Nuñez made a disastrous appearance. Metales's best player was E. López. On the other hand, R. Fernández's play was disheartening. The match ends 9 - 0.
