The 242 spectators at Edok Arena were in for an afternoon of sunshine. Sicco Nap was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Per Magnusson and Santiago Adrián Burruchaga. The head coach flashed hand signals from the sideline and Edoksporting formed up in a 4-3-3 combination. Let's hope the opposing sideline wasn't filming that. The following players took the field: Chhetri - Erica, Deißenböck, Pellizzaro, Cuppari - Falace, Stefanou, Petrone - Cesqui, Ragazzi, Dreoni.

Cry "havoc" and let loose the dogs of war! Partenope will go to battle in a 4-5-1 formation. Lineup: Fibra - Coassin, Gamboa, Ostermann, Zalewa - Giannotti, Lomazzi, Dreussi, Bruscoli, Trovato - Ebitz.

Priding himself in being an active coach, the Partenope manager gave new directions for his players after 1 minutes. After 1 minutes, the Partenope had a quick word about their shape on the field and decided to try another approach. Edoksporting will have to work out a different routine for indirect free kicks. Though it looked well-rehearsed, their play after 5 minutes was easily anticipated by the opposition and the attackers simply had nowhere to go. G. Ragazzi gave Edoksporting the 1 - 0 lead, as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then placed the ball at the keeper's right post – what a clinical finish! 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Edoksporting were doing a good job holding on to the ball, with 59 percent of possession.

Things were going from bad to worse for the visitors. A. Cuppari was able to squirm through the central defense after 48 minutes and score, bringing the lead to 2 - 0. After 58 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Partenope found themselves out of position and their organization level dropped to passable. It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why B. Dreoni found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork. Coming in from the right, P. Cesqui almost managed to score another goal for Edoksporting, but his header was kept out by the lightning fast reflexes of the visiting keeper. 70 minutes had passed when Edoksporting put themselves up 3 - 0 after the visiting defenders lost the ball to P. Cesqui, who came up from the left and proceeded to easily go around the goalkeeper and knock the ball home. After this, you could see that Edoksporting's players were mostly interested in killing time and holding on to their lead. Usually a powerful player on the field, P. Dreussi looked rather pale and tired under the hot sun. The Partenope free kick 83 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But it was no mistake - R. Bruscoli seemingly came out of nowhere and had miles of space to control the ball and pick his spot. That's 3 - 1! Edoksporting managed to extend their lead to 4 - 1 when G. Ragazzi slid in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The Count appeared on the jumbotron and announced that Edoksporting had 65...65 percent possession. AH AH AH!

Most important Edoksporting player was P. Cesqui. Speaking of stinking up the place, G. Petrone sure smelled like the bottom of Batman's shoe after a night of crimefighting in Gotham. The most outstanding Partenope player was without a doubt I. Trovato. I can't remember R. Bruscoli ever having a worse night than he just had. The match ends 4 - 1.
