Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 48253 to Debesciaki Arena. Hugo Machín was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Qasem Shaheen El-Akram and Piotr Koneczny. Monhait, but the Debesciaki player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! Debesciaki were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. G. Schauer squirmed through their central defence after 25 minutes, increasing the lead to 2 - 0. I. Bardugo should probably have put his team up another goal after 27 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by W. Chudala kept the visitors in the game. Debesciaki put in a good effort on the right, but G. Schauer saw his volley fly wide of the mark 28 minutes into the game. The home team's fans were upset when, after 29 minutes, the visiting T. Tarabić broke through the central defence and kicked the ball past the keeper. 2 - 1 was the score. With 30 minutes played, S. Grzybek could have brought this one home for Debesciaki as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Halftime score was 2 - 1. Debesciaki enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.

Debesciaki's P. Golon saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 48 minutes. After 51 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by I. Bardugo might have resulted in another goal for Debesciaki. However, W. Chudala made a spectacular save. With 65 minutes played, the Pnie coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. A. Ensrud came on, F. Peralta had to leave the fray. J. Kobus could have increased the lead after 72 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. 76 minutes into the game, G. Schauer had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came A. Trawiński. Possession in this half belonged to Debesciaki, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

Most important Debesciaki player was R. Zagórski. A. Trawiński was a disappointment, however. Pnie's best player was J. Byczyk. However, R. Achmadi made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 1.
