Due to some great work on the right wing Depor's M. Conejeros was able to even the score after 59 minutes to make the score 1 - 1. Grigelova. Depor claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 62 percent.

Still tied after 90 minutes, the match continued into extra time. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave M. Grigelova from toobik a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 108 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! After 110 minutes, speedy C. Gaete dashed past his marker, making plenty of room for the second wave of attack. However, I. Tapia failed to score. toobik had several good opportunities to take the lead, especially 111 minutes in when K. Melland came up alone against M. Eguiguren who managed a block. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Depor, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. Many thought J. Arriaza ought to have been awarded a penalty 112 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around D. Marcatti after a determined run through the middle. Depor took the lead 115 minutes into the game by 4 - 3, as I. Villagrán elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. With that Depor had won the game in extra time. F. Simpson performed admirably for Depor. M. Eguiguren was a disappointment, however. toobik's best player was N. Lieber. J. Habryka turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 3.
