Bastos Rodrigues struck to make the score 2 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Cheers filled the stadium as D. Bastos Rodrigues broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to FBBFC. By then D. Bastos Rodrigues had scored three goals - a hat trick! 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by FBBFC, with 86 percent of the ball.

A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in FBBFC's M. Jousset increasing the lead to 4 - 0. By now, the players in FBBFC felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Animales's N. Lecca was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 62 minutes. Things were deteriorating for the away team as FBBFC scored another to make it 5 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for M. Jousset after 67 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave L. Cabirol from FBBFC a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 74 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Things were going to get worse for the visitors. D. Bauche squirmed through their central defence after 81 minutes, increasing the lead to 6 - 0. FBBFC solidified their lead at the 85 minute mark, as M. Jousset dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 7 - 0. That made three goals for M. Jousset and he was marked down for the hat trick. FBBFC claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 86 percent.

FBBFC's top performer was clearly D. Bastos Rodrigues. A. Todorov turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Animales player was S. Mahvash Mohammadi. On the other hand, M. Marchand's play was disheartening. The match ends 7 - 0.
