Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. 0 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Gialloblues, who controlled the ball 58 percent of the time.

A review of the gameplan helped Gialloblues get back to a solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Real had solid organisation. 49 minutes into the game, Real seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. F. Mauri showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 56 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. 74 minutes into the game, Real seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak.
