Araya was, after 43 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper C. Feld made the save. Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of MadTown was able to get his message across, and raised MadTown's organisation to passable. 48 minutes into the match, R. D. Paganoni showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 66 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. After 72 minutes, nuotoclubfirenze put themselves up 1 - 2, as T. Qasımov finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. After 76 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave C. Rayar a chance to increase the lead for nuotoclubfirenze, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 1 - 3. The home team's supporters got excited again when B. Beerli broke through the visitors' central defence and caught their keeper off guard, making it 2 - 3.
