Hasret's free kick nearly made it past the outstretched hands of A. Leroy after 52 minutes. 54 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as R. Giuffrida broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for Duivels. R. Giuffrida could have increased the lead after 78 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Duivels's talent at pressing frustrated the spectators as the game became a dire midfield struggle. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Duivels, with 60 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Duivels player was without a doubt M. Mirzəyev. A. Leroy was a disappointment, however. vvva's top performer was clearly J. Valldeoriola. J. Menken turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
