A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for xixon. The following players took the field: Gazza - Purificacion, Alonso, Stuttgarter - Comas, Chunta, Cistue, Segarra, Petrineta - Imperial, Álvarez.

Meirás seemed to prefer attacking in the middle. xixon saw most attack opportunities on the wings. J. Gutiérrez caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 7 minutes. This gave Meirás the 1 - 0 lead. E. Rajóo received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 28 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. Ò. Comas didn't let the weather get him down and made some great moves on the pitch in spite of the rain. Meirás's M. Paz Fajardo saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 39 minutes. With 41 minutes played, Meirás's J. Gutiérrez almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, A. Hess Araya got himself booked. The manager of Meirás was not happy. Meirás's G. Bonmatí had an excellent opportunity after 43 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! 1 - 0 was the score after the first half. Meirás enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 62 percent of possession.

Meirás were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Cheers filled the stadium as J. Gutiérrez broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to Meirás. J. Gutiérrez's curling free kick almost found the goal for Meirás, but the visitors' keeper somehow managed to get ahold of it. 61 minutes in, an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as A. Chunta anticipated the through ball and scored, reducing the deficit to 2 - 1. 66 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as 沈. 景耀 (Jingyao) broke through, making the score 3 - 1 for Meirás. H. Chaves could have increased the lead after 68 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. I. Purificacion did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Meirás, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Meirás's A. Hess Araya increasing the lead to 4 - 1. Meirás claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.

Meirás's top performer was clearly A. Hess Araya. H. Chaves was a disappointment, however. Most important xixon player was A. Chunta. V. Imperial on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
