Haldengut 4 - 0 Spreitenbach (378133954)

73034 spectators arrived at Biertempel, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Ludwig Pfeifer was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stefan Svensson and Nechifor Simion. A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Haldengut. Starters: Jarrín - Vierbücher, Zandi, Mermer - De Loreto, Puleo, D'Aloia, Jadot, Kozier - Rade, Bahler.

Spreitenbach decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. Lineup: De Colibus - Werner, Peck, Gillmann - Muda, Krismer, Rieff, Eichenseder, Neuber - Lichtenberger, Louche.

The referee showed Haldengut's W. Vierbücher the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Spreitenbach made sure of not letting T. Kozier succeed with his speed. When an opportunity appeared for him, as it did 20 minutes into the game, speedy K. Werner came to the rescue and stopped the attack. Haldengut took the lead after 23 minutes as a result of D. Rade's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 1 - 0. M. Puleo of Haldengut seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 2 - 0 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by G. D'Aloia. The home side's Q. Jadot came close to extending the lead 38 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but V. De Colibus managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Haldengut to 3 - 0 as D. Rade finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. Haldengut enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 58 percent of possession.

Spreitenbach needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 55 minutes R. Peck made way for G. Limberg. Haldengut put themselves up 4 - 0 when G. D'Aloia broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Confident in their lead, Haldengut's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Haldengut's M. Puleo got himself booked for a foul. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Haldengut, with 59 percent of the ball.

Haldengut's best player was A. Jarrín. W. Vierbücher on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Spreitenbach player was without a doubt L. Lichtenberger. However, T. Neuber made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 0.
