After 28 minutes of game time, G. Casetti had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but E. Naticchia was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. L. Spoto behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 33 minutes as he gave the ball away to C. Sposato. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. After the ball was lifted in from the left, M. Pivetti was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 36 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. 38 minutes into the game, apoi had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to weak. NiccoTeam increased their lead after 41 minutes when G. Pagliarello broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 2, much to the home crowd's dismay. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to NiccoTeam, who controlled the ball 67 percent of the time.

During the break, apoi's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to passable organisation. The NiccoTeam players could smell victory in the air. G. Pagliarello wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for F. Bocchia after 46 minutes. R. Cabral Lopes was, after 47 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper E. Naticchia made the save. 54 minutes into the game, apoi seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. The coach of NiccoTeam was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 55 minutes, A. Baleja came on for P. Migliorati. With 57 minutes of the game having been played, I. Camps received a blow to the hip in a collision and was unable to continue. apoi, with no available replacements, now faced the prospect of finishing the game with a reduced number of players. 61 minutes in, apoi appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only inadequate. G. Casetti left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 65 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. M. Mancha was the replacement. Attacking on the wings was the choice for NiccoTeam, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. M. Pivetti increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 3. The home crowd was not impressed when L. Rizzardi came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 78 minutes. NiccoTeam were now up 0 - 4. Confident in their lead, NiccoTeam's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. After 79 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed M. Pivetti to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 5. A drive down the left side allowed L. Spoto to get in close and score another goal for NiccoTeam after 81 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 6. NiccoTeam's M. Pivetti was shown a yellow card after 83 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by NiccoTeam, with 70 percent of the ball.

apoi's top performer was clearly G. Margiotta. M. Puz on the other hand, had a terrible day. M. Pivetti performed admirably for NiccoTeam. N. Akbaş turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
