After this, you could see that the players of KRUMOV were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Cheers filled the stadium as R. Kulíšek broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to KRUMOV. A great save by keeper V. Neshev after 39 minutes kept the visitors in the game after R. Genovski struck from the left with a real cannonball. Cherven were desperate to get a goal back and pushed forward through the middle 40 minutes into the game. After a scramble in the box, the ball dropped to D. Pertl, who smashed it home to make the score 3 - 1. Halftime score was 3 - 1. KRUMOV had most of the ball, with 63 percent of possession.

68 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as A. Font broke through, making the score 4 - 1 for KRUMOV. Cherven's V. Gatev got himself booked for a foul. Due to a severely mistimed tackle, N. Frieira of KRUMOV spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game. KRUMOV's V. Konstantinov saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 84 minutes. 89 minutes in, Cherven appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only solid. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by KRUMOV, with 63 percent of the ball.

The most dominating KRUMOV player was without a doubt R. Kulíšek. S. Kaftandzhiev on the other hand, had a terrible day. Cherven's top performer was clearly R. Collet. O. Glodnick turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
