Due to an all-day shower, 1160 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Pool_FC Arena. David Pint was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Walter Griegel and Michael Aveyard. Pool_FC tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. The wings were the focus of most of Pool_FC's attacks today. Pool_FC had a chance to take the lead after K. Olsson's dazzling drive up the left, but the opportunity fizzled out as his shot went just over the bar after 11 minutes. 17 minutes in, Pool_FC's U. Hansson received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. The player down was H. Beltrami. The Nobby bench looked worried for a while, but in the end he managed to get up. M. Métay, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass. A. Johansson was having a great game - if anything the pouring rain seemed to be spurring him on! Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 37 minutes into the match left Nobby's A. Berkovic completely free to score. 0 - 1 for the visitors. With 40 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed A. Berkovic of Nobby to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. After 44 minutes Pool_FC's K. Olsson limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

The coach of Nobby was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 50 minutes, W. Herman came on for M. Claesson. Pool_FC's A. Persson managed a superb strike from the left after 51 minutes that would have left goalkeeper F. de Klerk without a chance, had it not hit the post. A drive down the left side allowed G. Balantzategi to get in close and score another goal for Nobby after 59 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. Confident in their lead, Nobby's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. V. Nederin wanted to play on, but the Nobby coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 69 minutes into the game by A. Dahlling. 86 minutes into the match Nobby's H. Beltrami head butted an opponent nastily, and so the referee sent him off immediately. D. Ramajo was the new captain of Nobby - handed the armband by the departing player. J. Toppila of Pool_FC had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. M. Ståhlerberg came in to finish the match. M. Métay received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 87 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The Nobby fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Pool_FC claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 57 percent.

The most dominating Pool_FC player was without a doubt A. Jordanovski. M. Ståhlerberg on the other hand, had a terrible day. E. Wennbrant performed admirably for Nobby. On the other hand, P. Aspenling's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 4.
