Clare made the save. Boejangboebat were able to draw a foul with their counterattacks, but the shot from F. Panda went into the arms of the keeper. The corner kick from F. Panda was powerfully met by the head of J. Guilla to make the score 1 - 1. Bandung's E. Soyuer got himself booked for a foul. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Bandung, with 55 percent of the ball.

J. Fagerholm caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 49 minutes. This gave Boejangboebat the 2 - 1 lead. 50 minutes into the game, Bandung seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. Boejangboebat managed to extend their lead to 3 - 1 when L. Vilner cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The referee showed Boejangboebat's D. Cobaleda the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Boejangboebat solidified their lead at the 83 minute mark, as F. Panda dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 1. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave E. Wormald from Boejangboebat a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 86 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! 88 minutes into the game, Bandung seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak. Cheers filled the stadium as I. Quiroga broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 1 to Boejangboebat. Boejangboebat enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.
