previous 5/10 next 7/10  katta 6 - 3 TEAM (378541838)

It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 806 that came out to Hille IP. Patrycjusz Ścibior was the appointed referee with assistance provided by José Zalbidea and Carlo Temmel. katta had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. The following players took the field: Arvesen - Fazzi, Nilsson, Trocki - Jansson, Rochinha, Jonass, Farfuridi - Festorazzi, Wennström, 田中 (Tanaka).

A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for TEAM. They fielded: Hansson - Dondera, Campmany, Marola, Nava - Börjesson, Ingesson, Thambo, Andersson - Martinsson, Errekibatiz.

katta mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of TEAM. TEAM's A. Errekibatiz managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 7 minutes. 0 - 1. It was obvious that team katta had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. After 36 minutes of play, A. Jansson evened things up for katta with an impressive goal coming up the middle. 1 - 1. With 38 minutes played, A. Dondera of TEAM fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for katta, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to D. Trocki, but the katta player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 2 - 1! TEAM's G. Ingesson got himself booked for a foul. L. Campmany's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. The crowd was silenced 44 minutes into the match as the visiting team's L. Campmany came in from the left, levelling the score to 2 - 2. It was 2 - 2 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to katta, who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

As the 46 minute mark approached, the TEAM coach decided it was time for a substitution. P. Hansson reluctantly made way for T. Lifflod on the pitch. katta were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. They were singing the praises of A. Fazzi 51 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 3 - 2 to katta. TEAM needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 60 minutes F. Thambo made way for M. Hömppi. The TEAM coach was desperate to reverse his team's fortunes in the game, and ordered his team to change strategy. A. Fazzi hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving katta's A. Farfuridi an easy chance to knock it in for 4 - 2. 69 minutes into the game, TEAM seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to passable. After 71 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and D. Trocki gave the katta supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 5 - 2. TEAM had to make a substitution after 74 minutes. M. Hömppi limped off the field and was replaced by M. Lorusso. katta players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in katta's H. Jonass increasing the lead to 6 - 2. When A. Errekibatiz was badly injured by a couple of strong tackles after 85 minutes, TEAM fans were unhappy to discover that it was not possible to make a substitution. After 86 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as TEAM found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to passable. katta's H. Wennström saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 87 minutes. F. Martinsson stunned the crowd with a brilliant counterattack from the left, giving TEAM the goal to make it 6 - 3. katta enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

T. Festorazzi performed admirably for katta. A. Jansson on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important TEAM player was F. Martinsson. On the other hand, T. Lifflod's play was disheartening. The match ends 6 - 3.
