Confident in their lead, Atletico's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Some fine movement on the left led to a Atletico goal after 79 minutes, making it 0 - 5. C. De Biasi was noted down as the scorer. Atletico's F. Jalif got himself booked for a foul. I. Bolet was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so MONTREAL's R. Rockhold had to come off the bench. M. Ashhurst became the new MONTREAL captain. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, M. Scappatura would have put Atletico up another goal 86 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. Atletico's M. Scappatura was shown a yellow card after 87 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Atletico enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

S. Hastings performed admirably for MONTREAL. R. Rockhold on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Atletico player was without a doubt O. Dolino. S. Dornes was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 5.
