Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 2711 at Olmo Stadium today. Sabas van Tricht was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Jay Abbink and Karl E. Rothblad. TurbiStar decided to use a 2-5-3 set up. Starters: Knesl - Losonczi, de Westlander - Hapek, Di Caro, Hallerbach, Girard, Meyer-Hof - Klapfer, Fantz, Inghelram.

MoHer started off with a 3-4-3 lineup. Lineup: Plassen - Klopp, Glikman, Bastien - Leutgeb, Lotje, Majta, Parkot - Fraval, Kalus, Dzidziulec.

MoHer displayed their ability to play creatively. Some great play up the middle by TurbiStar led to a chance for J. de Westlander to score after 21 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. 22 minutes into the game, B. Klopp had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came E. Drużba. After 23 minutes of play, A. Di Caro gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave I. Fantz from TurbiStar a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 25 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! G. Meyer-Hof increased the lead for TurbiStar to 2 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! With 39 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience, H. Hallerbach needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 40 minutes, MoHer did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, E. Dzidziulec was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 2 - 1. TurbiStar put in a good effort on the right, but L. Hapek saw his volley fly wide of the mark 41 minutes into the game. TurbiStar's A. Di Caro left the field after 42 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was Z. Soldatović. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to TurbiStar, who controlled the ball 57 percent of the time.

After 51 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and I. Fantz gave the TurbiStar supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 1. After 61 minutes, J. de Westlander put TurbiStar ahead 4 - 1 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. J. de Westlander left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 74 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. M. Gueho was the replacement. I. Inghelram was the new captain of TurbiStar - handed the armband by the departing player. TurbiStar enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

Most important TurbiStar player was P. Knesl. M. Gueho on the other hand, had a terrible day. MoHer's top performer was clearly E. Dzidziulec. E. Drużba was a disappointment, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
