Valentino 4 - 1 Ambidiestros
(378853235)

03-05-2012 01.30
Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 532 to
La Cuna Monumental.
Björn Wästerin was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Kim Risskog and
Arnaud Desnoués.
Valentino tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination.
They fielded: Pessoa - Paleta, Rodríguez, Lodi - Marini, Malakian, Erlich, Parisi, Marín - Napia, Guyot.
Ambidiestros decided to use a 4-4-2 set up.
Lineup: Alfaro - Macias, Zini, Baldi, Ludueña - Zadunayskiy, Bracamonte, Carmona, Maldonado - Anconetani, Borchi.
Ambidiestros used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings.
A penalty was given after 9 minutes, allowing the visitors to gain the lead: 0 - 1.
N. Bracamonte was the scorer.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
F. Marini from Valentino a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 20 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
With a shot curled in from just outside the middle of the penalty area after 24 minutes played,
B. Lodi of Valentino made the score 1 - 1.
A. Napia gave Valentino the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 2 - 1
A. Guyot could have increased the lead after 31 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park.
2 - 1 was the halftime score.
Valentino enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.
A. Napia increased the lead for Valentino to 3 - 1, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it!
Valentino's
A. Erlich swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball.
F. Marini was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Valentino's
D. Malakian managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 4 - 1
After this, you could see that the players of Valentino were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.
With 85 minutes played,
D. Malakian could have brought this one home for Valentino as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high.
Possession in this half belonged to Valentino, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.
A. Guyot performed admirably for Valentino.
C. Paleta was a disappointment, however.
Most important Ambidiestros player was
G. Borchi.
On the other hand,
R. Alfaro's play was disheartening.
The match ends 4 - 1.
